Ex-village chief slain in Pattani

A former village headman was killed in a drive-by shooting in Pattani’s Mayo district on Saturday morning, police said.

Pol Col Kongath Suwankam, chief of Mayo police station, said he received a report on the attack about 11am and led a team of police to the scene.

Police found the body of Dora-mae Mahae, 59, a former village chief of Moo 4 in Tambon Khanoon of Mayo district.

    These two sentences are seen everyday. When is someone finally try to understand what really is taking place and what can be done. Not what needs to be done but what can be done. Chalerm in a great photo op in today's paper.
