Hunt for RKK insurgents after house raid

Security forces are hunting three militants believed to have been involved in three bombings which killed two marines in the far South and to be planning more violence during the Islamic Eid festival starting on Friday.

During a raid on a house in Bacho district, Narathiwat province, on Wednesday, a security team shot dead Mayakee Diyor, 23, a member of the Runda Kumpulan Kecil (RKK), but three others escaped.

Marine Capt Somkiat Pholparyoon named the wanted men as Abdullah Ulae, 25, Pari Bueraheng, 31, and Maromuelae Garagasor, 26.

“Amnesty International on Thursday strongly urged legal action against soldiers responsible for the deaths of the protesters eight years ago.” Why they don’t strongly urge legal actions against the insurgents who don’t kill only soldiers but many innocent bystanders?

I am absolutely open to every way to solve the problem of the south - including talks with the insurgents - if they wasnt to talk at all.
However I am getting tired of reading stories like 'forces surrounded the house, there was an exhange of gun fire, afterwards one insurgent was found dead (most probably a ricochet) and the others escaped. What kind of surrounding is this? On the other hand as long as the forces in the south are not equipped best possible - armed vehicles instead of motorbikes and pickups - how can they succeed? It really galls me that the forces in this case decided to go there 'tomorrow'
    fearing it was a trap.....

I feel really sad when I see someone making the comment "``Unfortunately, this case highlights the serious problem of state impunity that currently prevails in the south and throughout the country.'' she added.". So very sad that someone sees a reason or cause to ever say this about the country I came to live in 37 years ago. How "times are a'changin".
