Securities regulators yesterday called on listed companies, brokers and investors to cooperate in the fight against corruption and "exercise caution" in doing business with popular TV personality Sorayuth Suthassanachinda.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in a circular to listed companies and capital market organisations, said that the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) had already concluded that Sorayuth and his company, Rai Som Co, were complicit in supporting corruption by public officials and violating the Criminal Code.
