Poll shows public wants Yingluck at censure debate

An overwhelming majority of people want Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra to face the upcoming parliamentary censure debate and answer questions for herself, according to the results of an opinion poll released yesterday.

A Pheu Thai source this week said Ms Yingluck would not attend the first day of the two-day censure debate on Nov 26 because she has other engagements.

The Assumption University (Abac) poll showed that 87.4% of respondents want Ms Yingluck to attend and personally answer questions directed at her in the no-confidence debate.

"Poll shows public wants Yingluck at censure debate". They will be disappointed. When tough questions and scrutiny is in the cards,Yingluck will be overseas or is busy in a "private" business meeting at a 5 star hotel.
