I see all the Dem supporters are out in full force today with all the dislikes. So much hate. How does anyone expect reconcilation. After 32 years of visiting working and living in Thailand I see nothing but Thailand going down hill. At least I can remember and got to see the good ol' days

Yes Disc. 35, I'm having trouble with that too. I suppose he could have paid for it since 'this is Thailand' as Thais are so fond of saying.

AV managed this badly and should have seen it coming. Thaksin's lackeys in the committee with their time frame only and dubious documents. These people will use any tactics to smear AV. He might win a court case but too late; the mud has been thrown and some of it will have stuck.

Only facts: one of Thaksin's best friends becomes minister of defence in Thaksin's PTP government. The same decides to set up a committee to investigate the 25 years old military records of the leader of the opposition against Thaksin's PTP government, all members of the committee are hand picked by him, the committee makes a decision against Abhisit... Is that justice? Is this a democracy?

I support Abhisit .He is a needle of integrity in a corrupt rotten haystack .PT will have to do much better than that if they want him to look as low as they do .A lot more .

This has nothing to do with justice or same rights for all it is just about revenge; very sad indeed as it shows what this Government is all about.

"The minister said the army had also investigated this matter and the results of the investigation revealed that some documents had been forged and some military officers involved had been punished. This happened about 10 years ago. The documents from the investigation had been sent to the Ombudsman...ACM Sukumpol declined to comment when asked if the army had covered up this matter to help Mr Abhisit." - BangkokPost, July 19, 2012
