The anti-government Pitak Siam group has confirmed it will hold its second mass rally on Nov 24 at the Royal Plaza and insisted the gathering will not be protracted.
The group's leader, Gen Boonlert Kaewprasit, said yesterday the rally would kick off at 9.01am but that whether it went ahead would depend on the size of the turnout.
If at least one million people turn up, it would mean the people are backing the group's campaign to oust the government and therefore it should step down.
