More action planned against Abhisit

A petition will be filed Monday asking the Election Commission to seek a Constitution Court ruling on whether Democrat Party leader Abhisit Vejjajiva has lost his MP status after being retroactively dismissed from the military.

Former senator Ruangkrai Leekijwattana said on Sunday the EC would be asked to forward a request to the Constitution Court to make the ruling.

The Defense Minister abuses his power.

This brings to mind the phrase "people in glass houses". In reality there is dirt in everyone's life and apparently Abhisit is no different.

#14,"accused" is not a problem , convicted is. If the former PM lied and made up official papers, the Thai people has to know. Only that.

Let the court order AV to get out of the parliament.

Abhisit's only just defence is that he did not in fact illegally evade military service.
So, did he or didn't he?
The facts do seem to be against him, just as the facts were clearly against Samak who definitely cooked on TV for a pittance for fun - something he did not deny. Lying to evade military service is a tad more serious than cooking in public.

Nobody complained when the Dems were launching unfounded claims against the PT. the Dems have only been out to distroy the PT since the PT took office with claims that DID NOT hold up in court. Waisting time and money so the government could not perform it's duties. The relentless attacks had to be stopped so now the PT must waste it's time proving to the public that the Dems are full of corruption, which needed to be done anyway. Abhisit should have been punished for this ten years ago like the other military personel who lost their jobs to help him obtain his personal political goals. The documents were proven false a decade ago.
