Singers arrested with meth pills

PRACHUAP KHIRI KHAN - Police on Tuesday arrested two women with 834 methamphetamine pills, or yaba, in their possession.

The two women, Sunisa Injan, 21, and Konkawan Alarmruk, 20, confessed that they had used speed pills, but denied that the drugs belonged to them, police said.

Both suspects work as singers at a restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan province.

wonder how long they would be held in jail for if they were really famous singers with so called "hi so" connections. It disturbs me that a few tablets merits more jail time here than serious crimes such as drunken hit and runs causing death, illegal reckless driving, rape

I don't know all the facts, I can only go off what i see and read in the media. Just seems very bizarre and unjust
