BANGKOK - A professional safecracker wanted for a string of robberies in a number of provinces has been arrested after robbing a Bangkok jeweller of more than 10 million baht.

5,000 pairs of women panties found in the suspect's closet

Surprised police also found more than 5,000 pairs of women's panties in a closet at his home, reports said.

The Thai authorities are slapping their own face for admitting that the suspect have been arrested many times and also jumped bail many time. We are use to this rotten Law of Thailand!

Disc #1 - In Thailand you can be granted bail and be free to leave the court even with a death sentence - if you have the money, the right connections and social status.

Makes one wonder on the basis of what criteria bail is granted in the Thai justice system. Is there a system by which the police can check if a person is already wanted and/or has jumped bail in another place?
