Court asks for statements on draft-dodge claim

The Administrative Court has summoned Democrat leader Abhisit Vejjajiva and Defence Minister Sukumpol Suwanatat to give their statements today over draft-dodging allegations against Mr Abhisit, a source said.

The source said Administrative Court judges found a petition submitted by Mr Abhisit was incomplete.

The two parties are expected to give more information today.

    The source said Administrative Court judges found a petition submitted by Mr Abhisit was incomplete.

    Abhisit wants everyone to do it his way or he won't come out to play.
