On 11 November, the number of provinces affected was 11, now - 10 days later - 18. What's being done to tackle the problem? Pray for rain? Wait and see?
All but one of those 18 provinces (Prachuap Khiri Khan being a possible exception) are highly unlikely to receive significant rain in those provinces until March at the earliest, perhaps even May. Drought a month out of rainy season .If there were tree cover this wouldn't be an issue .Keeping Issan barren and tree less doesnt seem to be working .Try permaculture and grow trees .
