Biker, 14, attacks rivals, 1 dead (video)

NAKHON RATCHASIMA - A 14-year-old boy was arrested by police on Wednesday for assaulting two other young people on a motorcycle, causing the death of one of them and injuring the other.

Police said the incident in Nakhon Ratchasima's Muang district on Sunday night was caught by a closed-circuit television camera.

The young teen, whose name was withheld because he is a minor, told police that he was riding his motorcycle with his 14-year-old girlfriend, who is five months pregnant, after having dinner at a restaurant.

Zero education, zero responsibility taken from the very top, all the way down, garbage on TV, garbage shoveled into people's mouths, garbage poured down their gullets, garbage on the magazine racks, handouts for doing nothing ... seriously, what did you think was going to happen? Just going to get worse too.

May be the police will concentrate on making sure people wear FASTED crash helmets instead of preventing people selling fried bananas.

I see obviously underage drivers on motorcycles every day, but the police completely ignore them, even though they must be driving without a licence. What does it take to get the traffic police to enforce the laws?

I am at a loss to say anything, phetpeter has absolutely nailed this one. Such a sickening sight to see another young life taken so quickly and needlessly. And to think it could all have been avoided by simple common sense. Why are kids allowed to drive motorbikes without helmets and training. I drive here and know for a fact they ARE a danger because of their naivety.

If any good can come from this it should be that this clip is shown to other young people who think that riding motorbikes like some kind of a toy without a helmet is without danger. This is a disgraceful episode, such a shame

There is so many things wrong with this situration, and education and the law! Both motorbikes being driven by underage drivers, no crash helmets, 14 yr old pregant girl, bad behaviour, Uncaring concern of other drivers, plus uncaring families , and Police who allow all these illegal happenings to develop. Just another day in Thailand
