Informant slain in Pattani

A government informant was shot dead in Pattani's Sai Buri district on Monday morning, police said.

Pol Col Asi Umayi, the Sai Buri police chief, said the attack occurred about 11am.

According to witnesses, the man, identified later as Abdulhami Saha, 45, of village 5 in tambon Tabing, was travelling on a motorcycle on the Kadunong-Kala road in tambon Kadunong when the pillion rider of another motorcycle opened fire at him with a pistol.

    looks like the insurgents are more effective than military intelligence because they've clearly identified a traitor and yet the officials have trouble identifying who the RKK are. Maybe they should recruit the RKK into military intel ranks once they figure out who they actually are because so far, they've been hitting the mark.
