Suthep's son faces prosecution

The Department of Special Investigation (DSI) on Thursday formally asked the prosecutors to lay land encroachment charges against a son of Democrat Party MP Suthep Thaugsuban and three other people.

Tan Thaugsuban, Mr Suthep's son, and three other suspects in the same case - Pongchai Fathaweeporn, Samart Ruangsri and Bancherd Laopiyasakul reported to the Office of the Attorney-General in the company of  DSI officials, who formally handed the case to the prosecutors.

The four are accused of occupying land on Khao Phaeng mountain on Koh Samui of Surat Thani province in violation of the Forestry Act and Land Act.

    Your right. Their corrupt activities must be stopped. I'll bet you didn't know there were any corrupt Dem's in Thailand. I'll bet you thought it was imposible. You sound shocked that not just red shirts break the law. Time to wake up and smell the coffee.
