Teen girls charged in child sex ring

Three teenage girls, one aged only 13, have been arrested for putting two sisters, aged only nine and 11, out to prostitution in Khon Kaen province.

Khon Kaen police said on Friday that two 16-year-old girls and a 13-year-old girl, had been taken into custody after they were caught running a child sex ring.

Police said in July, a 35-year-old woman filed a complaint with the police, claiming that her daughters, aged nine and 11 years, had been lured by their neighbours into offering sex services in exchange for money, according to a report in Thai Rath.
