'Reporters at the scene said large numbers of fire trucks arrived to help battle the blaze, but many of them were not be allowed to enter the factory grounds to help fight the fire.' Reminds me of when Central's flagship store in Chitlom burned down because security guards wouldn't let firefighters in as they were know to help themselves to the goods.

d1: 1.we are not told why they could not enter, possibly for size of space, or safety considerations, 2. it does not mention about sprinklers or the absence of in this article, this is a Toyota facility, and has nothing to do with the PT or reds that you hate so much. 3. Sprinklers do not do much good in a storage facility for oil, actually, they would be a bad idea, when you pour water on burning oil, you spread it around

Bureaucratic clap trap would not let them enter. Why no sprinkler system if I were there insurer I would insist on one. That is If they had insurance.
