Gay bar owner jumps to his death

Timothy Bertram Durell, a 63-year-old Brit who is a partner in the Panorama bar in Boyztown, is thought to have leapt to his death from the ninth floor of Center Condo in South Pattaya. The expat is believed to have had insoluble financial problems. Police said there were fingerprints on the condo balcony and several letters to named individuals which strongly suggested he took his own life.
