Jailed Thai Patriots Network activist, Ratree Pipattanapaiboon, will be freed from Phnom Penh's Prey Sar prison on Feb 1, Cambodia has said.
Thailand's Foreign Ministry is making preparations to bring Ratree home.
Foreign Minister Surapong Tovichakchaikul said yesterday from Pakistan that the Cambodian government had informed him that a royal pardon had been granted for Ratree and will take effect on Feb 1.
