Three state-run universities have been asked to study potential problems areas with the government's proposed charter amendment.
Education Minister Phongthep Thepkanchana said yesterday he has hired Thammasat, Chulalongkorn and Ramkhamhaeng universities to separately study three potentially tricky areas.
A source said the studies would look at the Constitution Court ruling issued last year on the validity of the charter amendment process now before parliament.
