Prayuth: soldiers in Rohingya trafficking

Army chief Prayuth Chan-ocha has admitted some of his soldiers in the far South are involved in trafficking Rohingya migrants into Thailand before sending them to work in Malaysia.

Gen Prayuth said some members of the Internal Security Operations Command (Isoc) were linked to smuggling rings and he promised to track them down.

"These bad apples must be punished and got rid of," he said on Saturday.

A concerted effort must be made to express to the Rohingya that they will be welcome in the khilafah that we are around the bend to establishing in Syria, and insha'Allah Afghanistan, Somalia and Yemen (as well as of course, the rest of the Muslim as well as non Muslim world). It must be relayed to them, as country after country chooses to drown their children rather then grant them refuge simply because they are not hold any papers of "citizenship." Please, as a slave of Allah, I demand that all movements for the khilafah, including that of Hizb-ut-Tahrir, in clear and simple terms, shout at the top of their lungs, and succeed in conveying

I am think it is important that the Rohingya not effect Thai language of the children in Songkla. English has already make effect on Thai language when people change word from Thai to English in sentence. We must not let the Rohingya language do the same, otherwise children will be confuse.

Thailand is tolerating human slavery and guess who's in charge: the Army... along with prostitution pimping, illegal gambling, logging, drug trafficking, political coups, killing of civilians! How much longer are we going to accept this? Enough impunity for the disgraceful Royal Thai Army. Send the "bad apples" and their bosses in front of Justice.

After some forms of investigation, the whole case would be quiet down and forgotten. This is what Thailand is all about.

Prayuth seems to be losing control of himeslf and the army day by day. One section of the soldiers involved in human trafficking. Another set of soldiers enslaved to the red supported government. He somewhere in the middle uttering and buttering to hang on to his post. And ofcourse another set of innocent soldiers being killed and maimed in south thailand every day. A total change in this man, since this government took over. He and Tharit seem to be bitten by the same bug.

People smuggling is people smuggling, doesn't matter if you're army, police, politicians or citizens involved. They deserve to be caught and charged under international law, not timid Thai Law, then they can't be protected from their crime.

They are bad mangoes, not apples.

Can hear the excuses now: "we were just trying to help these people get to a better life and save them from persecution and possible death where they come from."

Sounds noble and compassionate, but you cannot abuse your oath to duty, honor country to make a few extra baht, even though there's a possible mittigating circumstance. You want to make money and help the Rohingya, give up the uniform and go for it, otherwise prepare to accept your punishmennt.

Bad apples simply rot and waste into bio-fuel for another to scavenge, too bad that bad people don't get the same life course. This brings us to 'punishments'-The punishments should fit the crimes. but so many these days have such soft hearts, weak wills, and all-forgiving ways that nothing is learned anymore. There are no exacting lessons to deter many crimes, therefore higher crimes evolve and all seem so surprised.
