Students, driver injured in bus accident

Six university students on a field trip and their driver were injured when a bus coach swerved off the road on a steep downhill curve in heavy fog in Phrae province on Friday morning.

Police said the accident occured on the Den Chai-Uttaradit highway in Phrae's Den Chai district.

    "The driver said he accidently drove the bus off the road at the curve and blamed the accident on the thick fog." Well I doubt he would say he did it intentionally. A qualified driver would drive at a speed consistent with the foggy conditions.
