I have seen many photos like the one in this article over the years of Thai children who have killed another Thai child for no other reason other than he g0's to a different school, the question is when will the powers to be do something about it ??? someone with come out with lesions have been learned we will put measures in place so this type of thing dose not happen again, that's until another child is killed the the same people will say, the same thing again very sad but very true,
