BANGKOK - The man caught in a road-rage video yelling at a group of people and firing three threatening gunshots turned himself in at Bang Kaen Police on Thursday night.
Sgt Maj Nantawat Chainsom, 49, admitted that he was the man in the video and also gave up the pistol that he used in the incident, a report said.
He told the police that while he was driving that day another car in front of him was straddling two lanes and obstructing him. He signalled the vehicle to give way by flashing his lights on high beam, but the driver did not comply.
