EC warns pollsters against bias

Pollsters have the right to publish the results of opinion surveys in the leadup to the Bangkok governor election, but they must be careful not to violate local election laws, Election Commission (EC) member Somchai Juengprasert said yesterday.

Somchai: EC will probe any complaints

Mr Somchai said the publication of poll results is a legal form of expression of opinion and is not prohibited by EC regulations.
