Couple held for pot bust worth B20m

A husband and wife were arrested for possession of over 500kg of marijuana worth more than 20 million baht in Chumphon's Pathiu district yesterday.
Chumphon police display compressed bars of marijuana, weighing a total of 510kg, that were seized from two suspects as they were heading to Surat Thani. AMNAT THONGDEE
Police at a checkpoint on Phetkasem Road stopped a goods delivery pickup truck for a search about 6pm.
