Team confident in arguing case

The legal team representing Thailand in the Preah Vihear border row at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) is confident it can counter Phnom Penh's main arguments, said Deputy Prime Minister Phongthep Thepkanchana.

The deputy premier travelled to London last week to meet the team of foreign legal experts preparing the case for Thailand.

The Thai legal team is led by Veerachai Plasai, Thai Ambassador to The Hague.

the many documents that Thailand has been submitted, don't you think it is a bit too late for the game?. after the court verdict handed out to Thailand in 1962, the ICJ informed Thailand from such date that if Thailand were to disagree with the judgement then within 10 years time were given by the ICJ to Thailand to find the new evident that can prove to the court that it belong to Thailand, but they let 10 years passed with any defiance. why it is now?. Thailand try to look for a new case, but Cambodia will not get into that trap. this is an old case which was already won.

Let's see who has better quality of the reports.

Its a Cambodian temple, Thailand should give it back as good faith. In return Cambodia should offer something in return.
