Hello Auntie Tida?? Did the intimidation tactics not work?? Or perhaps the people of Bangkok are not as gullible as the red villagers and they still remember your UDD terrorising and burning their city?? LOL... you will need another pole next time.....

Funny: we see comments along the lines of "Don't even start your rant of dirty politics from DP." But we don't see any such rants. Nothing even close. Instead, we see PT graciously conceding defeat. Me thinks the lady (DP) does't protest too much.

I hope Mr. Sukhumbhand is super squeaky clean because Tarit will now have his orders from Dubai to find anything, anything on him to make the election null and void. I hope he didn't tread on a spider in the polling station.

All 6 exit polls (Baan Somdej, Suan Sutana, ABAC, Suan Dusit, Ch 7, BKK Uni) suggested Pongsapat won by a ~2% to ~11% margin.

Exit polls should not be released until after the polls have closed. It has been shown that exit polls do effect the out come of elections in many countries. Many countries have laws that prohibit early exit poll reporting. Thailand should be one of these countries.

Congratulations to Sukhumbhand and the Democrats on this election victory. But how can this great day be possible? With reds telling us the result was a forgone conclusion in favour of their candidate, And PTP showing they were getting support from popular celebrities even though these people denied any support for PTP. And what about those polls. People should realise that the only poll (especially in a place like Thailand) that counts is the one on election day.

The trend is very clear that the PTP is catching up very rapidly in Bangkok. A very good sign, indeed. Congratulations to both!
