Three executives of PCC Development and Construction Co were charged with bidding price collusion when they reported to the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) on Thursday to acknowledge charges involving irregularities in a Royal Thai Police Office contract to build 396 police stations nationwide.

They are Pibul Udomsithikul, Jaturong Udomsithikul and Wissanu Wisetsing.
