    .

The bad is really NOT apply to ALL of hospital.

But it is very, very, very hard to find hospital that serves no matter who you are.

We all experienced that, don't we ?

Whether its free or 30 baht it doesn't really matter .Hospitals aren't compensated properly .Any doctor working under that program would leave for the private sector as soon a s possible .A person walks into the hospital for the first time in his life and after years of neglect thinks the doctor will wave his magic wand and make everything better for 30 baht .It doesn't work that way in the real world.
