Uthenthawai rally ends

Students and alumni from the Uthenthawai campus of Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok on Friday evening ended their protest against the relocation of their Bangkok campus.

Protest leaders submitted their complaints to the land owner, Chulalongkorn University, and would give the latter 90 days to reply. There would be no more protests during those 90 days, they added.

The rally began Friday morning at the Uthenthawai campus on Phaya Thai Road, watched over by 500 police.
