Thousands of people, including those adversely affected by state projects and landless farmers, were expected to rally in Bangkok today to call on the government to resolve their problems.

More than 3,000 members of the People's Movement for a Just Society (P-move) _ which consists of landless farmers, displaced people and those affected by state projects _ are expected to take part in the rally.

The network previously staged several rallies to demand the government look into their plight.
