Prosecutors will decide on June 27 whether to indict a construction company and its management on fraud charges filed by the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) relating to the contract to build 369 police stations, most of which remain uncompleted.

DSI special case officer Theerawat Kongmon sent the investigation report on the case to Ruj Kuansuwasn, executive director of the Office of Civil Litigation 1 in the Attorney-General's office, on Thursday.

The report comprises 12,228 pages and was delivered in five crates.
