New ministers to be sworn in Sunday

- +

A royal decree announcing the appointment of new ministers has been issued and Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra will lead them to an audience with His Majesty the King for a swearing-in ceremony on Sunday evening, government spokesman Teerat Ratanasevi posted on his Twitter page.

Government House sources said the royal decree has been issued to appoint the new cabinet members but related documents are not yet available for a public announcement of the list.

Mr Teerat said Ms Yingluck has cancelled parts of her scheduled visit to Mukdahan province Sunday and returned to Bangkok to lead the new ministers to an audience with His Majesty the King for a swearing-in ceremony at Siriraj Hospital at 6pm.
