Thailand and Tanzania have signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation on national park and wildlife management.
The signing took place when Prime Minister and Defence Minister Yingluck Shinawatra visited the African country on Wednesday.
The cooperation will also extend to tourism, drawing on Tanzania's experience in managing national parks and promoting them as ecotourism destinations. Ms Yingluck was also briefed on the management of natural resources and wildlife and visited the Serengeti National Park.
