Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra is likely to put off her scheduled visit to Ethiopia on Nov 8-10 ahead of the Nov 11 ruling by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on the Thai-Cambodia territorial dispute over the area surrounding Preah Vihear ruins, Foreign Minister Surapong Tovichakchaikul said on Monday.
Mr Surapong said the Foreign Ministry had made preparations to cope with the ICJ's ruling, which ever way it goes.
The preparations were to be forwarded to today's meeting of the agencies concerned for consideration. The meeting was being chaired by the prime minister.
