Small parties threaten to sue if poll delayed

Small political parties have voiced opposition to any postponement of next Sunday's general election. 

They have threatened legal suits against caretaker Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra and the Election Commission (EC) if they agree to defer the poll.

The move came after the Constitution Court on Friday ruled that the poll can legally be postponed.
