Voting cancelled in 39 BKK districts

Advance voting has been cancelled in 39 of the 50 district offices in Bangkok where they have been blocked by protesters of the People's Democratic Reform Committee protesters, City Clerk Ninnat Chalitanont said on Sunday. 

Mrs Ninnat said that as of 10.20am the advance voting at 39 Bangkok districts had been called off.

The 39 districts were Khlong Toey, Khannayao, Chatuchak, Chom Thong, Don Muang, Din Daeng, Dusit, Talingchan, Thawiwatthana, Thung Khru, Thonburi, Bangkok Noi, Bang Kapi, Bang Khunthian, Bang Khen, Bang Kho Laem, Bang Khae, Bang Sue, Bang Bon, Bang Phlat, Bang Rak, Bung Kum, Pathumwan, Phayathai, Min Buri, Yannawa, Ratchathewi, Ratburana, Lat Krabang, Lat Phrao, Watthana, Suan Luang, Saphan Sung, Sai Mai, Nong Khaem, Nong Chok, Lak Si, Khlong Samwa and Prawet.
