Red-shirt leaders Jatuporn Prompan and Nattawut Saikuar must appear before the Criminal Court next month after being accused of violating bail conditions in a terrorism case related to the 2010 political violence.
The order was issued after the court dismissed a petition by ex-Democrat MP Banjob Roongroj, seeking revocation of bail for the pair. He was acting on behalf of Sathit Pitutacha, a Democrat Party executive board member.
The judge rejected the request for bail cancellation, saying the petitioner was not a litigant or a stakeholder in the cases of Mr Jatuporn and Mr Nattawut and was not entitled to file the petition.
