Yingluck in a wheelchair

Caretaker Prime Minister and Defence Minister Yingluck Shinawatra appeared in a wheelchair on Tuesday after she fell to the ground and injured her ankle as she stepped out of her van last week.

"The doctors told me that I have a torn ankle ligament and it will take one to two months to fully recover," Ms Yingluck said before attending the weekly cabinet meeting at the Royal Police Cadet Academy on Tuesday. "The doctors told me not to put much weight on my leg."
