Calls mount to speed up Por Cha Lee hunt

The Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation yesterday launched an investigation into whether the chief of Phetchaburi’s Kaeng Krachan National Park was involved in the disappearance of a prominent Karen rights activist. 

Por Cha Lee: Missing since Thursday

The move follows demands from local and international human rights organisations for the government to locate Por Cha Lee Rakcharoen, also known as Billy, who disappeared after being arrested in the national park last Thursday.
