Banners oppose new SPBAC chief in far South

Roadside banners appeared in three southernmost provinces on Friday morning, antagonistic to the return to the region of Panu Uthairat, a former Pattani governor, as secretary-general of the Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre.

About 20 banners appeared in the three provinces with messages in Thai warning Mr Panu against resuming  his previous activities.
