Interim charter does not exclude Prayuth being PM

A new, permanent constitution is expected to be completed and promulgated in one year now the interim charter proposed by the National Council for Peace and Order has been endorsed by His Majesty the King, Visanu Krue-ngam, a legal adviser of the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO), said on Wednesday.

Mr Visanu said this at a press conference televised live from Government House on Wednesday to explain what will come next after the interim charter took effect, having been approved by the King on Tuesday.
