Red Siam disputes reconciliation

The Daeng Siam (Red Siam) group disagrees with the reconciliation plan proposed by the Puea Thai Party, as the opposition camp and the ruling Democrat Party are just enacting a monkey show for the general public, core member Somyos Plueksakasemsuk said on Tuesday.

“To reconcile, a reconciliation climate must be created, such as lifting a state of emergency and allowing bail for political prisoners.

"Instead, the red-shirts were killed each day and the country now has no climate of freedom,” said Mr Somyos.

They're right - the reconciliation proposal defends the murderers. People should recieve and amnesty for murder? The government must be held accountable.

  • Next Red Chairman.

hmm msrita... so another case of "I didn't do nothing" cause I am highly educated, famous, connected... but not too smart to show up at a rally surrounded by lunatics ready to light tires and the town on fire....hmmm..if it looks like a duck, flies like one, has feathers...maybe it is not a duck? Who is the propaganist? I believe you have the right to protest but not to do what those red skins did. They were totally out of control.

discussion 4 : yes you missed some thing for sure. Some reds shirts supporters have been arrested not because they were looting, burning or asking other reds shirts to do so but only because they were protesting.

The most famous (and many others, but unfortunately for them, were) is Sittachai Yimpraset, a lecturer of famous Chuala University.
He was arrested just next to the crackdown with no charge (thanks to emergency decree) because he appeared on stage during the rally.
When a petition by students and teachers started at Chuala, he was immediately relaesed.
And, as they had nothing against, him except the fact that he spoke on stage, he had and he is facing absolutely no charge today.

So please before writing such things, inform yourself by something else that pro governmental medias, be balanced and stop your propaganda.

Mmmh ... red-shirts killed each day? Must have missed something. As for allowing bail for political prisoners, maybe, but I didn't know we had them here. Only a few UDD leaders who may want to flee the country for their deeds and speeches of terror. And upcountry a few hundred who believed and burned down bits and pieces, now completely forgotten by all including their sponsors.

Asked about conjecture that a special signal was behind the reconciliation plan, Mr Somyos said it was possible.

“If it is so, it means that a power outside the system is intervening in Thai politics,” he said.

Gee , really , perhaps it is a bird or a plane or wait , maybe even a square faced man.

The sudden reappearance of TS could be in no way connected to any of this, right ?
