The Constitution Court secretary appearing on video footage alleged to show the Democrat Party trying to influence the court left the country two days before the clips were released online, immigration sources say.
Pasit Sakdanarong, the secretary to Constitution Court president Chat Chalaworn before he was dismissed by the court yesterday, left Thailand for Hong Kong at 5.46pm last Wednesday on a Cathay Pacific flight, immigration authorities said.
There are no records to suggest he had returned, and attempts to reach him by phone have failed.
