Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva has ordered an inquiry by his Democrat Party into a party MP shown in video footage holding a private meeting with a Constitution Court official.
The opposition Puea Thai Party claims the videos show a member of the ruling party trying to influence the outcome of a court trial on the Democrats' alleged electoral fraud.
List MP Therdpong Chaiyanant, who leads the inquiry, said his committee would question MP Wirat Romyen today about the videos and expected to conclude its findings in less than a week.
