Former Thai ambassador to the United Nations Asda Jayanama will become the head of the Thai-Cambodian Joint Boundary Commission, replacing Vasin Teeravechyan who resigned from the position last month.

Asda: Unfazed

The cabinet recently approved his appointment as proposed by Foreign Minister Kasit Piromya.
