Post this to my Facebook
According to wikileaks, the Japanese photographer was shot by high velocity green tip bullet which is used by the military. It is most likely that the soldiers shot him by accident when they went on their blind shooting spree. Most of these soldiers are young and never been in a confrontation - so when put in situations like this, they become tense and don't think straight. On top of the that, their command officers are inexperience and aren't organize - leaving it to a free for all for the soldiers. There is no doubt they are being attacked upon by protesters with guns - this leads them to shoot anything that moves in fear of their life.

Any redshirts that committed crimes like arson, etc. should not be bailed. But if there is going to be true reconciliation in the future the laws must be applied fairly. The red shirt leaders and others were arrested and jailed immediatly last year. When will the PAD leaders and their culpable followers ever go before the courts for the airport and government house seizures? As long as they continue avoid their due justice the feelings of discontent remain.

Greed for undemocratic power and eternal control lead to killings. And history tells us that greed for undemocratic power and eternal control will lead to self-destruction in the end, because no one can achieve eternal control.

Why should there be a need to wait for different judges? Everyone of them operates under the rules of law. Just because the judges are changed the rules of law stay the same, so there should be no need to delay trials. Why should red shirt criminals be treated any different than other criminals? Is this not what the red shirt campaigns wanted, to be treated equal? Now that they are being treated equal why is it not good enough?

The second demanded that if a political crime suspect has not been bailed, they they should be held in an appropriate prison and receive different treatment from general criminals. The third urged the delay of any verdicts as the country is still in political transition and the rule of law is not firmly established.exuse me but the lawsbroken at that time were extablished why before the protests. there is a separation between the government and ther judiciary for a reason. and thwere always. it sems that pt and affiliates sem to want to bypass such petty things like the judiciary laws(which makes ALL thais equal under the law).

As usual, Red Thida shows herself the master of complete denial and turnaround!! When will this woman ever take her justified part of responsibilities in stead of playing this fanciful show??
