Chalerm explains controversial picture

Deputy Prime Minister Chalerm Yubamrung brought his gardener to a press conference to clear a doubt over a man who was seen standing behind him in a picture that was widely circulated on online social networks over the weekend.

The man in the picture looked similar to Jirawat Chanpeng, who was arrested on Friday for allegedly laying home-made bombs found at three spots in easten Bangkok.

The picture prompted rumours that Mr Chalerm had set up a bomb plot.

You must have credibility, Mr. Chalerm, before one can go about destroying it. That is the exact same man. Produce your gardener and let's have a line up - surely upholding your "credibility" is worth going through the trouble... and if you can't produce the "gardener" than I say you resign, bed down in a jail cell and wait for your well earned terrorism charges.

Looks like the same bloke to me only years older and with longer hair.

That is not a pic of the gardener. Please BP publish a pic of him so that we can end speculation.

You never know what these politicians workers are capable of. I mean, just look at Mr. T's driver and maid, they once own the majority of shares in his Shin company! Amazing right!
