The government's executive decrees for flood funding are likely to come under attack in the House today.
Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra's administration is preparing to counter opposition criticism of the decrees, by preparing a lineup of 30 Pheu Thai MPs to argue in their favour.
The opposition says the four decrees, which will allow the government to borrow billions of baht for flood prevention and repair work, should have been submitted to the House as bills rather than being rammed through as decrees by the Pheu Thai-led cabinet.

"Because of the Democrats' motion, the public will lose the opportunity to benefit from the government's whole system of water management and flood rehabilitation programmes," Mr Prompong said... RED SPIN over and over Prompong!! Because of the Dems action there will be some checks and balances , some respect for the law and the constitution!!
