The Pheu Thai Party will tomorrow submit a constitutional amendment draft to the government whips for consideration on Monday, party spokesman Prompong Nopparit said on Sunday.
Mr Prompong said the amendment draft had been examined by the party's legal team.
The draft would propose the amendment of Section 291 of the constitution to make way for the establishment of a 99-member constitutional drafting assembly (CDA) - 77 elected by the people from provinces and 22 elected from academics and experts in various fields.

This must the draft Chalerm said he whipped up last weekend. He claimed it is not meant to benefit any person living in Dubai.
